Start by applying foundation over your eyelids, and then add grey eyeshadow by the end of your eyelid such as indicated in the third picture. With a blue pencil apply a thin line close to your upper lashes up until the end of your eyelid such as shown in the forth and fifth picture.
With a medium size brush blend the blue pencil well and then apply peach eyeshadow such as shown in the tutorial below.
