Blue Eye Makeup Tutorial

Pulling off a blue eye shadow isn’t difficult at all, you just need to make sure you have the right products and ingredients. Start off by getting a simple black and a shiny blue eye shadow. You’ll need the black to offset the brightness of the blue and make the color look deeper. But before you start filling in your eyelids, you should make sure you use a natural color – preferably a skin tone type – to cover your working area. This will also offset the brightness of the colors and will help them blend in together better. Next, as shown in the pic, fill in your eyelid using black eyeliner and a medium to small brush of black eye shadow. Having covered your upper eye lid in black, add then the blue, observing how spectacularly the colors blend in. I would go for a lighter blue to create that terrific contrast with the underlying black.  As soon as you’ve finished your upper eyelid, using a black eyeliner fill in your waterline and finish off by adding some of your favorite mascara!
