To make these cement candle holders you will require quick set cement, yoghurt or any other small plastic cups, plastic containers bigger in size from the yoghurt cups, rubber gloves and some pebbles. Put on your gloves and start by mixing some cement. Pour it in the plastic container and as soon it is done add the yoghurt cup in the centre filled with pebbles. When the cement has partially dried twist and remove the yoghurt cup. Just before the cement is about to dry completely, take the cement holder out. Even any rough surface with sand paper. Let the candle holders dry completely. Add candles to them and use them to decorate your garden.
