Silver Glitter Glamorous Eyeshadow

Glitters are applied using a brush, sponge applicator or the fingers. For optimum hold, wet the brush, sponge or fingers with water, or a makeup base. To apply glitters quickly on the eyes, spray the skin with water, then dip a large moist sponge into the glitters. Pat the face  with the sponge.
