Have a look how well does the purple and blue go with the black ; the colours truly bring out the eyes for that special occasion and making them the main attraction. 1. Starting with the brown, apply it into the corner of the eye and over eyelid. Keeping in mind to start with a shadow effect and then making it darker.
2. Now apply a little bit of the blue into the corner of the eye and then fill in the rest with the light purple.
3. Now for final touch apply the eyeliner nice and thick going to outside the corner of the eye
